We've added AI to the knowledge base help article area to assist in getting you the answers you need.

We’re excited to announce that the member portal is now using AI technology to make finding answers easier and faster!
Here’s how it works:
Click Need Help in the lower left of the MemberDay portal screen to access the knowledge base.
Click the "Need a Hand?" button in the lower right to type your question or keywords into the "Ask us anything..." box. The Help Agent will return answers or suggest relevant articles. If the AI Agent can't help you will be directed to submit a question to our support team.
