Task Manager
This article provides an overview of the Task Manager Module.
Updated 6 days ago
The Task Manager Module was created to help the club organize, prioritize, and track tasks efficiently and easily. The Task Manager will help clubs organize committees, manage meeting agendas, and plan events. It allows users to assign tasks to specific committee members, set deadlines for event preparations, and track progress on action items discussed in meetings. This streamlined approach helps teams stay coordinated, ensures tasks are completed on time, and makes event planning more efficient by centralizing all tasks and updates in one place.
The tasks and information a member can access depend on the Member Role permissions granted by your club's administrator.
Members with the Administrator role have full access to task management features. They can:
Add, edit, and delete tasks
Assign tasks to members
Change the status of tasks
Regular Members have limited access. They can:
View their assigned tasks
Change the status of tasks they are responsible for
For more information on changing member roles see the Member Roles and How to Grant Access Article.
When logged into the MemberDay portal, click the "Task Manager" tab in the main menu.
