As the trial for the MemberDay Member Portal and Public Website Builder comes to an end, if you choose to continue with the service, you will need to subscribe. This article will show you how to subscribe in order to avoid disruption of your service.

Log in to MemberDay and look for the “Subscription” menu item on the left. NOTE: If you do not see it, log out of the MemberDay Member Portal, refresh your browser and then log back in. You should now see a "Subscription" menu item.
Click the “Subscription” menu item. On the Subscription screen assign the contact person for the subscription. If it isn't you, please notify the chosen individual, as they are the only ones who can initiate the subscription.
Select the desired package:
Member Portal ($25/month or $300/year)
Member Portal + Public Website Builder ($30/month or $360/year)
Choose the billing frequency:
Monthly
Annual
Click the "Subscribe" button and securely complete the sign-up process with our payment partner Stripe. There you will enter the payment method to be used for the subscription.
That's it! Your first payment will be billed on April 1st. You can revisit the subscription screen anytime to modify your plan, billing period, or payment method.
Note: Any changes made to your subscription before April 1st after initially setting it up will trigger an immediate payment.
