Q. When I hit the enter key in the email composer it doe a double space. How can I make it do a single space down to the next line?

A. Hit the shift key with the enter key to go down just one line

Q. I am trying to send an email, but whenever I hit send the email goes into Drafts. What is happening?

A. It is likely that one of the email addresses of the recipients is not properly formed. Check to make sure the email addresses for the recipients are valid. Be sure to look for a space in the email address.

Q. Can I resend or forward an email I sent?

A. Yes. In the Email area, go to the Sent tab and click the action menu (3 dots) and choose Forward.
