This article will show you how to generate a printable directory of the common contact items and download a CSV spreadsheet with member information.

This first version of the printable directory contains the following fields:
Name
Preferred phone number
Preferred mailing address
The member directory is created in pdf format.
To access and print, go to the "Members+" screen and click the "gear" in the upper right then choose "Printable Directory".
Choose which member types to include in the directory, then click the "Generate Directory" button.
Once the button is clicked and the directory is processed, click the "DONE! Click here to download" link to download the PDF directory.
Locate the downloaded file on your computer. Open and check to ensure the formatting is correct.
The portal allows you to download a spreadsheet of member information in CSV format (the document will open in Excel).
On the Member+ screen in the portal, click the "download" icon in the upper right of the screen.
A spreadsheet will be downloaded that you can use or manipulate.
