Members - How to deactivate/delete a member

This article explains how to deactivate/delete a member.

If you have the Administrator or Members Administrator role you can deactivate member using the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the Members+ screen

  2. Select the member you want to deactivate and click the action menu (three dots) adjacent to their name and choose "Deactivate'

  3. Enter the date they left the club

  4. Click the "Deactivate" button at the bottom
